Redeeming the time

March – three months into 2013 and almost ending the first quarter of this year.

While I’m still working on my goals + new year’s resolutions for 2013, I’m ready to make some big changes around here to my schedule/routine/priorities.

Right now, simplify is the name of the game. And while this means that my Project Life album is still waiting to get started on, and this self-professed list-maker is choosing not to participate in 52 lists for now, I’m really hoping to slowly add all these fun stuff back as I increase productivity and still have time for everything that is important.

Nevertheless, hello to the end of the first quarter of this year. Hello, sunshine and warmer weather. Hello to celebrating plenty of birthdays of friends. Hello, spring break. Hello, school. Hello, running + routine, and persevering with New Year Resolutions.

March is always a busy month of making birthday cards and gifts for friends.

Just thought I’d share the simple projects I made last week. It’s the thought that counts (:

Supplies: Bazzill Basics cardstock; Imaginisce festive blossoms; Tattered Angels decadence chalk mist; My Mind’s Eye patterned paper (I think); Versamagic jumbo java chalk ink; 3D foam dots

Supplies: Bazzill Basics cardstock; SEI patterned paper, ribbon; Lily Bee Memorandum collection patterned paper; Happy birthday clear stamp; 3D foam dots; Versamagic white ink

Supplies: Little Yellow Bicycle patterned paper, (I don’t remember what brand I cut the circles out of); Bazzill Basics cardstock; Versamagic black ink

Supplies: 3×3 canvas; Jillibean cardstock stickers; SEI patterned paper; Maya Road sheers, kraft doilies; American Crafts ribbon; Tattered Angels Mallard glimmer mist

Pinwheels again. Yay (:

I think I need to work on making cards ahead of time so I’ll at least have some on hand when I need them! That might be one of my new creative goals.
